01 · Our Story

On Codes started in 2020 as a small team of engineers building custom software and websites. Project after project, we saw the same pattern: great technology only creates value when it solves the right problem and when people embrace it. So we brought strategy and transformation into the heart of what we do. Today, On Codes combines senior engineering with business strategy, change management, and learning science to help organizations, founders, and ministries move from AI curiosity to real results.

Talita Meira

Co-founder, Head of Strategy & Operations

Talita helps companies and founders turn ideas into real products and businesses. She co-founded and leads Luksai, a platform for coaching and online programs used across multiple countries, and founded Builder Lab, which helps founders go from idea to validated MVP using AI. She brings more than 15 years in business operations and supply chain, including roles at Avon and Leroy Merlin. Talita is a doctoral researcher at Hult International Business School and was a Visiting Scholar at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Lao Reis

Co-founder, Head of Engineering

Lao is a senior software engineer with more than 15 years of experience building scalable, cloud-native systems. He designs and delivers production AI applications powered by large language models, and has led system modernizations, ERP migrations, and automation projects for companies including Cox Automotive and Are Media. As co-founder and CTO of Luksai, he scaled the platform to 2,000+ users on four continents. His work has delivered results like a 200% increase in warehouse throughput and a 75% reduction in manual HR processing.

Aline Silvestre

Partner, AI Transformation & Adoption

Aline helps organizations turn AI into adoption and measurable impact. With a degree in Computer Science, a Master’s in Educational Neuroscience, and 15 years across technology, learning, and change management, she bridges business, technology, and people. At Accenture, she worked as an IT Business Analyst on programs for América Móvil and BASF, where her team was ranked #1 Change Agents Worldwide. She designed an AI career-development agent for a large faith-based nonprofit and founded an education business that has served 4,000+ learners in 29 countries.
